Brittany Goldberg is a Master Colorist + Salon Owner of Heavy Metal Hair Salon. With over 15 years experience in the industry, her roots into the hair world began at Eastern Center for Arts and Technology for Cosmetology, expanding to current aspirations of becoming a certified educator. Brit’s inspirations come from women in the punk and metal scene in symmetry to her approach with hair artistry. Her discerning eye for the unordinary has transformed even the most ordinary of hair into silvery blondes, dimensional brunettes, and vibrant reds. From formulating edgy custom colors, to rectifying the worst of hair disasters, Brits clientele know they always have their salon needs covered.

A 12 year veteran of the salon industry, Kat Knepp's extensive career has taken her across this country's stylistic landscape. From the earthy and lush atmosphere of California, to the rich and vibrant culture of New Orleans, then to the gritty streets of Philadelphia. Kat's hair journey overflows with endless inspiration and cements her caliber as a prominently known stylist that is consistently honing her craft. Now solely based in our culturally and artistically saturated streets of Philadelphia, Kat keeps her clients coming back with her skill set in precision cutting, curly hair methods, balayage techniques, and emphasis on hair health and aesthetic perfection. A little West Coast, a little Gulf Coast, and a punch of East Coast adds versatility and vitality to her hairdressing style. Whether its a fresh fade, creative color or natural wash and wear, Kat is a multi-faceted hairdresser who happily accepts everyone in her chair.
Nina
With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Nina has been perfecting everything from creative coloring to balayage to precision cutting and everything in between. With her extensive knowledge in cutting obtained from the Sassoon Academy she can accommodate anyone looking for an amazing haircut (her favorite is the French bob). As a Wella Certified Master Colorist, she’s sure to be able to make your color goals become a reality!

Meet our first Junior Stylist/Assistant, Juls! Graduating from Jean Madeline, Juls has been impressing us each day with her attention to detail and determination to learn. If she’s not helping us out around the salon, you can find her working on her mannequins or hooking clients up with modern eccentric hairstyles. She loves finding inspiration and putting her own twist on it, making for amazing results!
